While in college in the 1970s, I worked in broadcast journalism and was asked to give this broadcast live from inside Hawaii Civil Defense Hqs in a tunnel in Diamond Head crater. This is truly a blast from the past, telling the civilian population what to do in case of an enemy attack or tsunami. Hawaii has experienced both.
