In depth study and explanation of the four ages or yugas as they are known in Sanskrit and the modes of nature that influence evey aspect of our lives. The benefits of living in the mode of goodness are fully described as well as the harmful influences of the lower modes, namely passion and ignorance. Spritual advancement takes place with the mode of goodness as a basis. Very worth while.
